• Structural Landscaper

Responsibilities:

• Completion of work to a very high quality;
• Manage project timeframes and materials to effectively progress and complete work with limited supervision;
• Communicate clearly, effectively and positively with clients, employees, contractors and employer;
• Lead by example and show a strong sense of initiative;
• Understanding of and ability to build from drawn plans and written procedures;
• Landscape construction to relevant Australian or industry standards;
• Workplace, health & safety management;
• Maintenance of tools and equipment

Professional and Personal Attributes:

• Great communication, punctual, hard working, motivated, reliable, goal oriented and well mannered
• Trade qualification or relevant industry experience
• White card
• Driver’s license and reliable own transport
• Police check (essential upon successful job placement)

• Client Relationship Manager/Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and an efficient and polite manner
  • Understanding products and services in order to answer initial customer inquiries
  • Organising incoming and outgoing mail
  • Management of office stationery and staff amenities
  • Administration assistance for Sales, Marketing, HR & Management roles
  • Booking customer site inspections
  • Diary management and teams coordination
  • Attending to social media customer inquiries
  • CRM management and data entry
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • Receiving deliveries and general inventory management

Skills/Experience Required

  • At least 3 years experience in similar role and/or busy environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in using Apple Mac computers
  • Drivers licence
